This document refers to the terms and conditions of use of the EXACT.TRAVEL website (hereinafter referred to as the Site), created and administered by SC Exact Tours SRL.
Please read carefully the terms and conditions of use of the Site, which set out the rules under which you may access and/or use the content available on the EXACT.TRAVEL Site. Accessing and using this website constitutes your automatic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of use of the Site.

Exact Tours provides users with access to this Site for requesting tourism offers and programmes, accessing destination descriptions, subscribing to the newsletter, submitting booking requests, and obtaining support via chat or email.
Exact Tours grants you permission to use this Site subject to the following conditions (without limitation):
Requests regarding the republication or redistribution of content should be addressed to Exact Tours SRL at office@exact-travel.ro.
Any booking made on the Site will be considered as your intention to purchase a specific tourism product or service offered by Exact Tours. Your request will be processed by a human operator and, if accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from Exact Tours, following which the Contract with the Client will be concluded.
Any actions (tourism package bookings, flight ticket bookings or issuance, hotel bookings, issuance of travel vouchers) that require human intervention will be carried out only between 09:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
All tourism services are subject to availability from the Supplier. The Supplier's terms and conditions (including passenger transport rules imposed by airlines) will apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions of this Site. Supplier terms may include provisions relating to different payment procedures, obligations, cancellations, booking modifications, refunds (where applicable), or other restrictions. Some airlines may impose additional fees. Exact Tours is not responsible for costs that may arise during transfers between airports or terminals. Some hotels may also collect local taxes.
While browsing the Site, you may notice references to various conditions applicable to special offers. Please read these terms carefully, and please contact Exact Tours for complete information.
The cancellation or modification of a booked or purchased service will be carried out according to the specific Terms and Conditions of each Supplier. The cancellation conditions of a tourism package, as well as the amount of penalties, are set out separately in the contract with the Traveller, which is concluded at the time the package is purchased. Penalties may amount to up to 100% of the value of the tourism package.
If you wish to cancel or modify a booked or purchased service, it is your responsibility to inform Exact Tours of your intentions in writing. Exact Tours or the Supplier accept all forms of written requests. Exact Tours or the Supplier cannot cancel or modify the tourism service before receiving your firm request in writing. You may cancel your booking through the Site in accordance with the Supplier's terms and conditions.
In certain cases, it may not be possible to cancel or modify certain tourism services, or you may need to meet certain requirements for such actions.
In the event of a booking modification (including, but not limited to, cancellations, refunds, or name changes), Exact Tours reserves the right to apply certain fees to cover the administrative costs that may result from such action. These fees are separate from those imposed directly by the Supplier.
No payment methods other than those presented on the Site are accepted, and we assume no responsibility for sums of money sent by courier.
Depending on the terms and conditions imposed by hotels, at the time of booking you may be required to make full or partial payment of the booked service, with payment to be made into the account of Exact Tours, the hotel, or its representative.
In certain cases, your credit card details may be transferred to the Supplier. The Supplier in question will then process payment for your bookings. The transfer of data will only be carried out with your express and unequivocal consent. Payments for hotels are made in accordance with the paragraph above.
Exact Tours or the Supplier does not undertake to issue tickets, vouchers, or other travel documents in the event of non-payment in full of the services ordered. You are responsible for the full payment of the amounts due for the tourism services ordered.
Exact Tours or the Supplier reserves the right to additionally charge any fees (or commissions) that may arise at the time of booking. In such cases, you will be informed of the applicable commissions. Exact Tours reserves the right to pass on costs generated by chargeback penalties.
The information presented on this Site is for informational purposes only. Although we make every effort to maintain the accuracy and current nature of the content of this Site, the information, tourism packages, and services published on the Site may contain inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. The data and information accessible to the public on this site do not constitute recommendations, guarantees, advice, or commitments on the part of Exact Tours.
Any discrepancies or errors that may arise at any time between the content of the site and the actual information do not entail any liability of any kind for Exact Tours. It is necessary to contact us and verify whether the information is up to date.
Exact Tours also acts as an agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, rail transport providers, and other providers of tourism services — hereinafter referred to as Suppliers. Exact Tours assumes no responsibility for the products and tourism services offered by Suppliers and does not guarantee in any way (whether explicitly or implicitly) the accuracy or quality of the products and services of the Suppliers reflected on this Site.
Exact Tours cannot be held liable to any person/entity for any damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from the use of the www.EXACT.TRAVEL site or as a result of any error or omission.
This site may contain links to various websites. When you access these sites, you are implicitly outside the www.EXACT.TRAVEL site and you are obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of use of the new sites accessed.
The materials presented on the www.EXACT.TRAVEL website, and any information transmitted by email, are the property of Exact Tours SRL or its partners, as applicable, and are protected by the Law on copyright protection and by laws concerning intellectual and industrial property. Non-acceptance of any modification entails the obligation of the relevant User to immediately cease browsing the www.EXACT.TRAVEL Site and/or using the services of Exact Tours in any manner.
The rights and obligations of the Users of the Site set out in the Terms and Conditions, as well as all legal effects produced by the Terms and Conditions, will be interpreted and governed in accordance with Romanian law in force. Violation of the provisions of this document constitutes a violation of the rights of Exact Tours and may give rise to civil, administrative, or, where applicable, criminal liability of the person at fault.
Any dispute arising from, or in connection with, these Terms and Conditions will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the matter will be referred to the courts, with jurisdiction lying with the court of the territorial area of the Municipality of Bucharest.
